Capital Healthcare Solutions releases a beta version of CardioPX. This is a simple approach to PACS designed around Cardiologist workflow. CardioPx utilized DICOM 3 standards for Modality Worklist, long term image storage and review.

Image review was the next logical step of the already full-featured CardioDx package. Patient status, user signoff and tracking, integration with PM and EMR were already a part of the CardioDx workflow management system. It is always Capital Healthcare's goal to save clinical staff and physicians time and effort.

CardioPx takes advantage of emerging DICOM compatible imaging equipment thus saving money on CDs, time with duplicate entry from technologists, and allowing easy historical lookup of previous studies.
